*** Gentle, Inquisitive & Loving ***
Dancer loves being with people as well as dogs so we think she would love to live with someone who is home most of the time. She has a cheeky personality with a very waggy tail! Typical sighthound Dancer loves a comfortable bed (or sofa) and a tummy rub. She enjoys her walks, is good on the lead and travels well in the car.
Dancer dances along at mealtimes and wags her tail at everything! She really is a joy. She's currently being fostered with another dog in Grayshott, and absolutely adores her foster dad.
Dancer does have mild cataracts but she manages really well and it doesn't seem to affect her joy of life! She could be homed with other dog(s) or by herself so she has all the attention and cuddles to herself! She's wonderful with children and is unphased by groups of people. Please complete an application form if you are able to give Dancer her forever home.
Here's what one of our volunteers has to say about
Short-term foster mum. Sam had this to say:
"Dancer came to stay with us for two nights over Christmas and we couldn’t have wished for a lovelier guest. She has the sweetest nature and was fantastic with our dog, Ben and our two children. We had family over on Christmas Day and she wasn’t phased in the slightest, quite the opposite. She was great with all the dogs we met on our walks and loved all the attention she received from adults and children. I thought that I would be counting hours down for her to be collected but instead, I felt quite emotional saying goodbye. Dancer is full of joy and gets into your heart very quickly."
