A mixed breed, Lab x pointer, Boris is about 6 years old and weighs 25kg. He started his life as part of a stray pack and was rescued by a woman who took her time to earn his trust. He went to a shelter, where, like so many black dogs, was overlooked time and again - until STAR spotted him and took him on. Boris is currently settled in a foster home where hs's made friends with the 2 resident dogs.
Since being in foster he has realised that he will always have food! He's enjoying his walks and is getting more comfortable walking on a lead.

At nearly 6 years old, he'd prefer a quiter home and would suit an active, retired couple in a home where he would be happy as an only dog or with another resident dog of similar age. He gets along with all dogs male or female. Once he bonds with someone, it doesn't take him to turn into a cuddly teddy bear.

He’s highly motivated and ready for an active lifestyle with lovely walks. With some patience and guidance, Boris is sure to blossom into a loyal, loving family dog who will repay your kindness tenfold.
