Paul is a lurcher and he's very worried about the world because he has been neglected. He needs a home that understands he has had a terrible beginning for a dog so young. He was skeletal when found but is slowly building up his muscles with us. He really is a dear soul and super affectionate with adults and children alike. He needs an experienced and incredibly kind home, and a start in a foster home would be ideal.
